Friendly Transfers Favourites

Sublime Point Lookout

Take in the sheer majesty of the coastline of Wollongong at the Sublime Point Lookout where you can enjoy the sea, rainforest, and beaches in one stunning panoramic view. For avid walkers the Sublime Point Track is 850 metres of hard terrain taking an average of 45 minutes to complete. But just know that the varied views are well worth the effort.

LOAF Cafe

Thirsty after visiting the lookout? Take a “loaf” off at the LOAF Café for a morning tea stop. Whether you’re into great coffee or loose leaf native herbal tea, they have something for everyone. Including some excellent vegan options. It’s a great atmosphere before you head off for the rest of the day.

Kiama

Exploring the beautiful and historic town of Kiama should be high on your itinerary as there’s plenty to get through. The famous, and largest Blowhole, Kiama Lighthouse, volcanic rock formations, and coastal walks are all options, and this is just before lunch. You can also enjoy the arts trail, ocean pool, weekly farmers market, or just enjoy the many historical homes build in the 1800s.

To recharge after all these activities, stop in for coffee or live music to fuel the body and soul at the local favourite, Penny Whistlers Cafe.

Mountain Ridge Wines

With a market garden, farm, shop, and restaurant on site there’s plenty to keep you busy at Mountain Ridge Wines. Often showcasing live music, you’ll enjoy picturesque views, delicious food and the option for a tasting tour or experience of the award-winning wines at the Cellar Door.

Two Figs Wines

Head to Shoalhaven Heads for a wine tasting at the Two Figs Winery established by Shane and Alison Bricker. This boutique winery sources fruit both locally and onsite and has a strong focus on long-term sustainability. It allows you to sample premium wines whilst taking in breathtaking views over the Shoalhaven River.

Coolangatta Estate

Established as a vineyard in the late 1980s, Coolangatta Estate has an extensive and diverse history long before it focused on its award-winning wines. Not only can you enjoy walking tours and wine tasting, but you can also book personalised tours of the colonial history and see inside Mr Berry’s room that isn’t accessible to the general public.

Jervis Bay Wild Cruise

A favourite experience for many, the Jervis Bay Wild Cruise has stunning uninterrupted views of the sea and white sand beaches. Choose a dolphin watching cruise on the Port Venture which is a wheelchair accessible vessel with summer boom netting. You’ll need to allow a couple of hours to enjoy this experience. Paddle in the water whilst watching dolphins feed in the reef or play on the bow.

Berry

If time permits, the chauffeured drive back up the coast delivers stunning views as you drive through Gerringong and Gerroa, with a visit to the antique haven of Berry. With art stores, fashion, and jewellery galore, if you only have time for one thing then we recommend the famous Donut van. Established 55 years ago and after travelling Australia its permanent home is now in Berry.
