Instant Quote and Bookings

  1.  Each booking requires a 50% deposit, this will be collected from your card prior to the trip
  2. All deposits are NON refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled (subject to availability)
  3. Cancellations made 3 hours prior to pickup or a no show will be charged 100% of the fare (Vehicles over 8 seats require 48 hours cancellation notice)
  4. Quoted prices do not include tolls, parking or airport fees, these will be added at the end of the trip and charged to your payment method
  5. Waiting time is charged at $1.50 per minute over the included:
    15 minutes for standard transfers and airport drop offs
    30 minutes for music, performance or sporting events
    30 minutes for domestic pickups & 60 minutes for international pickups. (These start when the plane lands.)
  6. Pickup times can be changed but any changes made within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged waiting time as above starting from the last confirmed time.
  7. Hourly bookings are charged their respective vehicle hourly rate if they go over the original booking duration
  8. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage, spillage or food stains to the vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party
  9. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s))
  10. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof
  11. Smoking and drinking alcohol is not permitted in any of our vehicles
  12. Friendly Transfers is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles, we will inspect and keep any lost property for 30 days and attempt to return to the customer. However if this is not possible the items will be disposed of
  13. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity
  14. Note vehicles may be fitted with recording devices for safety, so you agree to be recorded when being transported.

Please note all prices are excluding Road Tolls and Airport Parking.

Bookings will be confirmed prior to processing a 50% deposit. Final payment will be processed after the transfer has been completed with the addition of any extra charges.

Service Changes: Holiday Period

We’re taking a short break between the 11th December to 18th January. During this time, Transfers are still available, but we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow for admin and planning. Replies may take longer than usual due to time zone differences.
